If you don’t have a toddler, borrow one π you’re going to love this one [tag a friend whose baby you’d like to borrow too] this was a lot more challenging than I thought specially since she’s getting bigger. I guess this means I have to get stronger πͺπΎ Goal: 3 circuits 6 reps each.
On the stair master I did 10 sets of 2 minute weighted steps with a minute recovery.
